Project-Based HR/TA Consulting 

If there is a specific Talent Acquisition Project you need done, but you don't want to be strapped with a long-term contract or exorbitant fees.  NO PROBLEM!

We will price the project out for you so you pay one all inclusive fee for everything involved to complete that project.  You don't pay a penny more then the agreed upon project price.


Consulting Projects for Purchase
  • Building a New Team for you or identify a special person for that "one" Critical Role or Executive Role.
  • Train your Recruiting Team on various pieces of the recruiting process.
  • ​Design a Interview Process to help your team assess some of the critical roles.
  • Create updated and more effective Job Descriptions.
  • Build a Detailed Prospect Sourcing List for your Recruitment Efforts.
  • Create an Employee Evaluation Process to help effectively retain your critical talent.
  • Create a Career Coaching Program to offer your employees.

Hourly Staff Augmentation​ 

Every Business has a cycle filled with "Peaks and Valleys".  In the "peak" or "high" time you OR your staff need to engage supplement resources to get critical work or projects completed.  However it may not make sense to hire those resources as a Full Time Employee.  NO PROBLEM!

We offer a Hourly "pay as you go" option for our clients to assist them with getting the HR or Talent Acquisition task successfully completed.  Benefits to this option is our clients are not locked into the commitment of a contract or an exorbitant placement fee.

  • Consulting assistance on a HR Talent Acquisition question or problem.
  • Your Recruitment Team is overwhelmed with too many requisitions and they need to get some extra candidate flow coverage.
  • Need some sourcing or research work done on a short-term or "one off" assignment.
  • One-on-one career coaching for one or two of your employees to help with Career Pathing.

Monthly Subscription Option

This model gives a client more flexibility to take advantage of a variety of the services offered simultaneous that are listed in the Project-Based section. 

The big benefit with this pricing model is its a 30-day all inclusive one month subscription price that a client can go month-to-month on without any sign-up fees or termination fees.  We work with each client to customize a pricing and usage plan based on analyzing their needs so they get maximum value out of the monthly subscription.

Additional Recruitment Branding Marketing services come included in the subscription if the client wants them at NO ADDITIONAL membership charge.
