Giving Business and Technology Leadership Guidance
To Build High Performing Teams

People Problems is Kryptonite to
Leadership & Business Success

Hiring People Challenges Leaders

Businesses facing growth struggles in most cases can be linked to the root cause of a staffing problem stemmed from hiring the wrong people. That leads to a negative "Domino Effect" that moves at the pace of an"avalanche".

Without the right people in place that fits your organization's "chemical makeup", this will lead to negative effects on performance.  Then if your staff is not performing up to your organization's expectations, that means your business can't grow the profit margins Leaders count on.  Thus frustration sets in and the first "finger that gets pointed to as the blame" is the employee(s).

However, if Businesses really want to solve the problem then they have to be honest with themselves and realize that their problem is not caused by the employee(s). Where the problem really stems, is that Leaders are hiring the wrong people for their organization.  Just because you hire someone that has the skills to successfully do a similar job to yours from another organization, it doesn't mean they can be successful doing it within yours.

What is the explanation for this?  It's simple, the problem is very few organizations are vetting candidates beyond abilities.  When you hire people to your organization they have to be a fit for your organization's culture.  If they don't fit the culture, they won't be successful at the job even if they have all the capabilities.

Success Happens in Executing Hiring the Right People

Leadership can put in place the best and most thought out strategy "on paper" that should yield success.  However, we know success doesn't happen with what SHOULD happen that is not reality.

There is one key factor that directly effects  a plan's success, and that is EXECUTION!  Only, execution can't happen without one key factor, having the right people assembled as a team to execute and carry out the strategy plan.

I work with Leadership to design a different approach to how they are hiring that will bring them a different and desired outcome. The goal is to help them assemble the right critical talent for their organization that is key to building High Performing Teams.  This is what is needed in order to drive success for their organization.

We help organizations achieve this with consulting strategies:

-Advising Leaders as well as getting in the "weeds" to build a Talent Stream of Employees that will specifically serve their customer base to achieve the aggressive revenue streams desired.

-Lead strategic planning sessions to ensure the client stays ahead of the curve to stockpile the talent necessary to achieve the organization's goals.

-Design a customized Hiring Blueprint which fits that particular client's "chemistry makeup" that Leadership can use as a methodology for hiring the right people.

-Work with Leadership on Succession Planning to give their employees an achievable opportunity for growth which increases retention rates for your critical talent.

-Create a process that fosters an environment for unison between Hiring Managers, HR and Internal Recruiters that makes the hiring process efficient.

-Coach Leaders on effective methods for managing and retaining their top talent while setting up a process to help new hires assimilate better to the environment.

-Conduct Hiring Manager Training teaching them newer and effective interviewing techniques to help them better evaluate talent.

-Set up a "Recruitment on Demand" Methodology that sets up a process for always having a warm pipeline of your organization's Avatar Hiring Profile so talent can easily be acquired as new projects quickly come up or critical talent exits.
